The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating and analyzing the social effects of the urban regeneration approach in the informal settlements of the study area: Sabzevar Power Plant neighborhood. The current type of research is applied and its nature and method is descriptive and analytical. To achieve this goal, various tools and methods were used to evaluate the effects of implementing the urban regeneration plan in the power plant neighborhood in different dimensions of social security, social participation, social interaction, sense of belonging, social trust, collective identity and reducing social anomalies. to be assessed and the level of satisfaction and participation of the residents in the implementation of the urban regeneration plan in the neighborhood of Sabzevar Power Plant. The results of the research indicate that according to the opinions of the citizens, the social effects of the implementation of the revitalization plan in the power plant stage of Sabzevar city have been lower than the average from the citizens' point of view, and the level of satisfaction and participation of the citizens in the implementation of the revitalization plan has been lower than the average. According to the survey of citizens, after the implementation of the regeneration strategy, there are many problems. Based on the results of other parts of the research, there is a strong and high correlation between all variables, which shows the impact and importance of each dimension in the social dimension of regeneration. چکیده یکی از ابعاد مهم در فرآیند بازآفرینی شهری بعد اجتماعی است که ویژگی‌های گوناگون اجتماع در آن مطرح می‌شوند و در افزایش مشارکت، توانمند نمودن افراد جوامع، افزایش حس تعلق به مکان، افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی و غیره اثرگذار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل اثرات اجتماعی رویکرد بازآفرینی شهری در ‌سکونت‌گاه‌های غیر رسمی محدودة مورد مطالعه: ‌محلة نیروگاه سبزوار انجام شد. نوع تحقیق حاضر کاربردی و ماهیت و روش آن توصیفی و تحلیلی است. برای رسیدن به این هدف از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد تا اثرات اجرای طرح بازآفرینی شهری در محلة نیروگاه در ابعاد مختلف امنیت اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، تعامل اجتماعی، حس تعلق، اعتماد اجتماعی، هویت جمعی و کاهش ناهنجاری‌های اجتماعی مورد سنجش قرار بگیرد و میزان رضایت و مشارکت ساکنان در اجرای طرح بازآفرینی شهری در ‌محلة نیروگاه سبزوار ارزیابی شود. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بر اساس نظرات شهروندان، اثرات اجتماعی اجرای طرح بازآفرینی در مرحله نیروگاه شهر سبزوار از نظر شهروندان میانگین کمتر از متوسط را کسب نموده است همچنین میزان رضایت و مشارکت شهروندان در اجرای طرح بازآفرینی کمتر از متوسط ‌به‌دست آمده است. با توجه به نظرسنجی از شهروندان، بعد از پیاده‌شدن راهبرد بازآفرینی بسیاری از مسائل به قوت خود وجود دارد. بر أساس نتایج سایر بخش‌های تحقیق بین همه‌ی متغیرها همبستگی قوی و بالا وجود دارد که نشان از تأثیر و اهمیت هر یک از ابعاد در بعد اجتماعی بازآفرینی است.
